• Providing excellent quality adult education around community regeneration, housing and community development, through the provision of safe spaces for debate and innovative teaching methods.

• Working with voluntary and community organizations, trades unions, and campaign groups and their members to strengthen organisations and empower activists.

• Developing partnerships in the U.K. and Europe to provide effective and high quality popular adult education projects.

• Undertaking commissioned pieces of work with voluntary and community groups, local authorities and the NHS, including training, research, organizational development (conflict and change management, communication days) and project management.

• Organising and designing training on Community Development, Health, Housing and Anti- Racism.

• Designing and providing popular adult education initiatives to counter prejudice and racism, alongside Black and Minority Ethnic Organisations, refugee groups, Gypsy and Traveller organizations etc.

• Organising professional development seminars and conferences.

• Researching and designing education and training for community public health workers in Hull (Hull Teaching PCT) November 2006 to April 2007.

• Delivering the CIH National Certificate in Tenant Participation and Neighbourhood Renewal (Academy for Community Leaders) February 2007 to March 2008.

• Developing and delivering the CIH Certificate in Gypsy and Traveller Site Management (Academy for Community Leaders) October 2007 to March 2008.
